The Do’s
Always use fragrance-free, hypoallergenic soap and moisturizer when caring for a tattoo. Harsh chemicals can irritate and possibly damage freshly tattooed skin.
Use a moisturizer that allows the skin to breathe as clogged pores can cause an infection. (e.g. Eucerin, Curel, Coconut Oil, Tat specific creams, cocoa butter)
Make sure the area is completely dry before applying aftercare moisturizer as trapping excess moisture under the skin can lead to irritation and heat rash.
Wash the tattoo regularly but gently, especially after dirty or sweaty activities
Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated
While healing, covering the tattoo with clothing or a clean, sterile bandage to keep sun exposure to a minimum.
The Don’ts
Don't apply soaps and fragrances with harsh chemicals, even products that normally do not irritate your skin can irritate a fresh tattoo
Don't pick at scabs as this can cause scar tissue to form
Don't use petroleum-based moisturizers as these will clog pores
Don't itch or scratch your tattoo during the healing process
Don't use sunscreen on the tattoo until it is fully healed
Don't swim and refrain from soaking baths/hot-tubs until the tattoo is fully healed.

From tiny tats to large-scale pieces, no idea is too big or small.
Tattoos and consultations are by appointment only.
